Harold W. Kestrel Appointed Chief Executive Officer

Systems Corp. announced today that Harold W. Kestrel, formerly Vice President of Logistics, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Kestrel succeeds the founding chief executive, who has elected to return to a quieter role within the Mainframe Services division.

Mr. Kestrel joined Systems Corp. in 1987 as a Senior Systems Analyst. In 1988 he was appointed Vice President of Logistics, a role he held through the acquisition of the Beige Products Group in 1991. His appointment to Chief Executive Officer coincides with a broader reorganization of the company’s reporting structure.

“I am pleased to accept this responsibility,” said Mr. Kestrel. “I do not expect my tenure to result in significant change.”

Mr. Kestrel holds a degree from a university in Kansas. He resides in Beige with his family.

Systems Corp. has been providing systems since 1987.
